Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase of a PillowSled snow sled from our store. We hope you enjoy it for many years to come. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions for Return
- The PillowSled must be in new and unused condition.
- The PillowSled must be returned in its original packaging.
- The receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
- Buyer must pay shipping to PillowSled.
- A $50 restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price.
Return Process
To return a PillowSled, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team (support@pillowsled.com) to obtain a return authorization number (RA).
- Pack the snow sled in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase and the RA number.
- Ship the snow sled to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned snow sled, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the conditions for return. If the PillowSled is in good condition, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Snow sleds that have been used or damaged.
- Snow sleds that are not returned in their original packaging.
- Snow sleds that are returned without the receipt or proof of purchase.
